- If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Voulay immediately.
3. System Use and Access

Voulay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the System strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, including multiple accounts for financial gain.
- Manipulate Living Discounts or Discount Mob allocations.
- Violate intellectual property rights by copying or redistributing Voulay’s materials.
- Use the System for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes (e.g., hacking, data harvesting).
- Interfere with the operation of Voulay or bypass security measures.
- Exploit vulnerabilities in the System for personal gain.
Violations may result in account suspension, removal of accumulated discounts, and legal action.
4. Living Discounts and Discount Wallets
4.1 Nature of Living Discounts
Living Discounts:
- Are accumulated through Backstory voting, social sharing, and gifting.
- Reduce product costs over time but are not equivalent to cash or currency.
4.2 Discount Wallet Funds
- Funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money.
- Funds must be used within the Voulay ecosystem.
- Voulay may modify, suspend, or reset balances due to updates, misuse, or inactivity.
4.3 Expiration and Revocation
Voulay reserves the right to:
- Impose expiration dates on unused discounts.
- Forfeit discounts for inactive accounts or policy violations.
5. E-Commerce Storefront and Affiliate Participation
5.1 Storefront Advertising and Discount Fund Participation
- Storefronts may allocate funds to a Discount Fund for promotional purposes.
- Voulay determines fund allocation and may modify terms at its discretion.
- Participation does not guarantee revenue or financial compensation.
5.2 Affiliate Program Participation
- Affiliates may earn commissions based on referrals and engagement.
- Voulay reserves the right to modify commission structures.
- Payment for increased visibility does not guarantee earnings.
6. User Responsibilities and Community Conduct
6.1 General Conduct
Users must:
- Engage respectfully with the Voulay community.
- Avoid harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
6.2 Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Voulay retains ownership of trademarks, branding, and proprietary content.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
- User-generated content (e.g., testimonials) grants Voulay a royalty-free, worldwide license.
